Many of us like to customize our cars a little bit, but some folks go way, way, way over the top. Cab Over Evolved is a perfect example of just that. What started as a 1991 Dodge D250 is now a six-wheeled, Cummins-powered Hot Wheels come to life. And the craziest part is that anybody with enough cash can buy it right now.

Frankenstein Styling
Built by Aaron Buck of Milk Man Concepts, this truck blends several different parts from different brands. The cab is from a Ford pickup truck. The body is handmade and sits atop a fabricated tubular chassis. House of Kolor blue paint with airbrushed patina complements copper accents. Teardrop taillights match the angular vertical pieces at the front of the truck.

Underneath the bodywork rests a 5.9-liter Cummins 6BT turbodiesel engine from a 1991 Dodge D250. The 12-valve inline-six has a “killer dowel pin” fix, a Holset HX35 turbocharger, Bosch injectors, and a rebuilt injection pump. Power runs through a 46RH four-speed automatic gearbox to the middle pair of axles. The undriven rear axle is purely for show.
The truck rests on a custom suspension setup with Slam Specialties air springs at each corner, an independent front end with Dakota spindles, and dual triangulated four-link setups out back. Massive 24-inch front wheels are dwarfed by 28-inch rear wheels with ultra-low profile tires on all of them.
Show Inside, Too
In the cabin, things continue to be just as bonkers as they are on the outside. A hand-formed dash and center console match the exterior. The seats look very unique, but honestly, not very comfortable. Not everything is as perfect as it seems, though. Some gauges, including the speedometer, aren’t working.
That said, every other detail of this vehicle looks expertly crafted and finished. Registered as a 1991 Dodge D250, the pickup comes with a clean Carfax and a Florida title. For anyone who loves Hot Wheels, this is one that they can actually drive.

You can check out the listing here before someone else hauls off this six-wheeled diesel fever dream and leaves you scrolling through boring old pickups like the rest of us. Fair warning, though: bidding’s already hit $90,000, so unless your wallet’s as outrageous as this truck, you might just be window-shopping.
